This 3-story home in the Beach underwent a significant renovation to the top two floors. We were introduced to this family by one of our Architects, and our team quickly worked on bringing in some interior design help from a trusted partner. As a group, we were able to transform the top floors, giving each member of this young family a well-defined space to call their own. Light now pours in through the large windows, doors, and skylights. The kids' rooms and bathroom are playful and fun, and we created a storytime nook for those sleepy nights. The new office provides a pleasant place to work from home and doubles as a guest bedroom with a hidden Murphy bed. Finally, the principal suite sits high above the trees, overlooking the park and landscaped backyard. It is a hotel-inspired oasis with a window seat, soaker tub, curbless shower, custom storage, and rear roof deck.
