The Project Supervisor connects planning to execution, the office to the field, and client expectations to project delivery.
We're not looking for someone to simply supervise. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a company known for professionalism, communication, craftsmanship, and operational excellence.
The Project Supervisor plays a central part in how Craftsman operates, from pre-construction planning and trade coordination to field leadership and client communication. This is a hands-on role, and the right person isn't afraid to pick up a tool and get to work alongside the crew when the job calls for it.
For the right person, it's a long-term opportunity to grow into larger operational and project leadership responsibilities as the company expands.

Own the jobsite, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, enforcing quality standards, and keeping projects organized, safe, and moving forward.
Set projects up for success before construction begins, reviewing scope, organizing information, and ensuring nothing is missed before work starts on site.
Coordinate and oversee trade partners to keep work sequenced properly, quality standards maintained, and the project moving without unnecessary delays.
Source and coordinate materials and deliveries to ensure the right products arrive at the right time, keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
Build and maintain project schedules that keep crews, trades, and clients aligned, and adjust proactively when conditions on site change.
Keep homeowners informed, confident, and well-supported throughout the project — representing Craftsman professionally in every interaction.
Step in with hands-on construction experience when the project demands it — without losing sight of the bigger picture or overall project oversight.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Professionalism in residential construction matters. Organized projects and clear communication should be the standard, not the exception. Quality work comes from strong leadership, accountability, and people who genuinely care about the outcome. If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a construction professional who combines technical field experience with strong operational and leadership skills — someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and knows how to keep multiple projects running smoothly without losing sight of the details.
Leads professionally and calmly across multiple active projects, stepping in hands-on when the work demands it without losing overall project oversight.
Stays organized under pressure, managing competing priorities across sites, trades, and timelines without letting details slip.
Communicates clearly and consistently with crews, trade partners, clients, and leadership — keeping everyone informed and aligned at every stage.
Understands residential construction deeply, with the field knowledge to make sound decisions on site and the credibility to lead the people doing the work.
Solves problems proactively, anticipating issues before they become delays and thinking ahead to keep projects running efficiently.
Takes full ownership of outcomes — on the jobsite, with clients, and within the team.
The right candidate brings a proven track record in residential construction — with the hands-on experience, organizational discipline, and leadership capability to hit the ground running.
