Steps to Install an Email Signature

  1. Click on your name to visit the URL with your email signature
  2. Select everything using Control + A on PC or CMD + A on Mac
  3. Copy everything using Control + C on PC or CMD + C on Mac
  4. Navigate to the email signature section of your mail programsome text
    1. In Gmail, click the Gear in the top right and then See All Settings
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the General tab and you'll see a section for Signatures
  5. Paste everything into the signature field using Control + V on a PC or CMD + V on a Mac
  6. Save your changes
